A platform team, not a generalist software shop
Ftechiz Solutions Pvt Ltd builds the layer of Android that device makers cannot buy off the shelf — the board support package, the drivers, the HALs and the certification path behind them.
Ftechiz started as a software engineering company building products for customers across web, mobile and cloud. The platform work grew out of that — hardware customers kept arriving with the same problem, and it was never the app.
It was a board that would not boot past the bootloader. A camera that worked in the vendor demo and nowhere else. A device that could not take a security patch because the kernel had been forked and never documented. A certification submission that had been three months from done for a year.
So we focused. Today this part of Ftechiz does one thing: the Android platform, from the bootloader up to the framework, on hardware that does not look like anybody's reference design.

How we think
Four things we hold to
Depth over breadth
We deliberately do not do everything. Platform engineering is a narrow, deep discipline, and staying inside it is what lets us be useful on the problems that matter.
The board is the source of truth
Documentation lies, vendor trees drift, and datasheets have errata. We debug against hardware with a scope and a JTAG probe, not against assumptions.
Write it down
A fix nobody can explain is a fix that breaks again. Bring-up reports, commit messages and design notes are part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.
Build for handover
Every engagement is built so you could take it in-house tomorrow. That constraint keeps the work honest and keeps you free to choose.
